Description
Runs The Randy Saloon in Hole. Serves weak whiskey and strong coffee as standard — but has a soft spot for Doctor Webb and Ms March, for whom the whiskey is unwatered. Insists all patrons wear the Randy's house hat.
Does not know what "Randy" means. The party has not decided whether to tell him.
